Cold chain and storage requirements
Correct storage is critical to maintaining peptide integrity. Follow these protocols from receipt through to use.
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides
All lyophilised compounds are stable at the following conditions:
Keep vials sealed and away from light. Do not refreeze after reconstitution.
Compound-specific notes
Semaglutide / Tirzepatide
Particularly sensitive to repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Aliquot into single-use volumes before freezing.
GHK-Cu
Store away from metal surfaces. Copper complexation is stable when lyophilised; handle reconstituted solution in plastic or glass vessels only.
Epithalon / MOTS-c
Store at −20°C for long-term stability. Limit exposure to ambient temperature during handling.
Selank / Semax
Neuropeptides are stable at −20°C long-term. Once reconstituted, use within 14 days when stored at 2–8°C.
Dispatch packaging
All orders are dispatched in insulated packaging with a gel ice pack to maintain 2–8°C during transit. Overnight tracked delivery is used as standard to minimise time out of cold chain. For international orders, dry ice packaging is available on request.
Receipt inspection
On receipt, inspect the outer packaging for signs of damage or temperature excursion (melted ice pack). Check the vial label against your order confirmation. If the product has been exposed to temperatures above 25°C during transit, contact us before use.
