Dispatch times

Orders placed before 3pm on working days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

UK delivery

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 — Two working days, £3.95
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 — Next working day, £4.95
• Royal Mail Special Delivery — Guaranteed by 1pm next working day · £750 cover, £10.95

Orders over £75 ship free on Tracked 48; the faster services cost the difference.

International

DHL Express, from £18. 2–5 working days depending on destination.

Packaging

All orders dispatched in discreet unbranded outer packaging. Temperature-sensitive batches include ice packs.

Returns

Sealed, undamaged products may be returned within 14 days. Email us first at contact@biotechresearch.co.uk. We do not accept returns of opened vials.

Damage or loss

Report within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We replace at our cost.
