CJC-1295 is a GHRH analogue, supplied here without DAC — the drug affinity complex that extends half-life considerably and changes the pharmacokinetics the literature reports. Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin receptor agonist. The two appear together across the research literature often enough that they are frequently studied as a pair. Tesamorelin is the full 44-residue GHRH sequence with a stabilising N-terminal modification, and IGF-1 LR3 sits at the other end of the axis: a recombinant analogue of the growth factor itself, modified to escape the binding proteins that would otherwise sequester it in culture.

Choosing a size. Check whether a protocol specifies CJC-1295 with or without DAC before ordering; the two are not interchangeable in the literature.
